What information do you need to quote a project?
Share the plans and elevations you have, the views or rooms you need, material direction and the intended use of the images. A project description or accessible link is a useful starting point. We review the information before confirming a scope.
Can I provide PDF, CAD or SketchUp files?
PDF drawings, CAD information or an existing SKP model may support the brief. Tell us what you have so we can confirm the relevant format and any missing information. This website does not currently accept file uploads.
How do you check the architecture?
We review the supplied drawings alongside model views and, where available, registered drawing/model overlays. Each evidence example refers to its stated model revision. Final imagery is reviewed separately against the references and agreed brief.
How is AI used in the workflow?
AI assists architectural model and image production. Human direction, selection, drawing review and quality control remain part of the process. The service is architectural visualization, not an AI software subscription.
Are revisions included?
The revision scope and review stages are discussed and confirmed in your project quote. Changes to the architecture, new views or a changed brief may require a revised scope.
What files will I receive?
The presentation views, image specifications and delivery format are agreed for the project. Editable model, CAD or BIM files are not assumed to be included. Let us know if you need a particular deliverable before the scope is confirmed.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Pricing and schedule depend on the architecture, the available input, the number and complexity of views, and the review requirements. We provide a custom quote after reviewing the brief; no fixed delivery time is promised here.
Do you also create landscape visuals?
Yes. Landscape is a separate M11 Studio service and portfolio. That workflow uses SketchUp modeling, Lumion rendering and selective AI enhancement, with human review. Use the Landscape Visualization link to explore the existing website.
Can I submit a quote request through this form?
When the form is connected, complete the required fields and anti-spam verification, then select Request a Quote. A confirmation is shown only after the form service accepts the submission. If online sending is unavailable, please email lutrieumien.xd@gmail.com.
Are these images construction documents?
No. The imagery supports architectural presentation and communication. It is not construction documentation, engineering approval, code certification or a guarantee that every generated detail is identical across all images.
